DULY Wilfred Glenister - Passed away peacefully at Valley Park Lodge on Thursday October 27, 2016 at the age of 94. Predeceased by his first wife Marjorie (Marge), his parents Frank and Ella and brother Glenn. He will be greatly missed by his wife Ellen (Sparling) Duly and children Marilyn (Jim) Colbert, Lois (Tom) Peskett, Glenn (Laura) Duly, Catherine (Sean) Cunningham, Carrie (Angelo) Zeffiro, John (Sharon) Cunningham, Linda Cunningham, and Brad (Kathleen) Little. Wilfred also leaves behind grandchildren Stephanie (Jeff) Sarko, Christopher (Erin) Peskett, Cara (Joel) Hutton, Drew (Sara) Hutton, James Little and Daniel Little, Kristina Lohr, Olivia Cunningham and one Great-Grandson Tristan Sarko. Brother George (Marguerite) Duly and many nieces and nephews. Wilfred was a long time retiree from Stelco / US Steel. Longtime member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church in Welland and recently St. Andrews United in Niagara Falls. The families wish to thank Valley Park Lodge for their wonderful care and kindness with Dad. Donations can be made to NHS – Prostate Cancer Program in Wilfred’s honour.
Cremation has already taken place. Family will receive friends at the MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St. Niagara Falls on Friday November 4th from 2-4pm with a service to follow in the chapel at 4pm.
