It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Petey on Monday, March 6, 2017, at his home in Niagara Falls, at the age of 47. Loving brother of Brigette Mooney of North Bay and Amy Huggins of Niagara Falls. Uncle of Jacob Huggins and Nevaeh Covelli. Predeceased by his mother Cynthia Hicks (Nov. 10, 2007).
