Life Story for Dorothy Eleanor MacLeod (McRae)
MACLEOD Dorothy Eleanor (nee McRae) Jan.15, 1925 to Oct 1, 2017
Our family sadly announces the passing of a wonderful mother and grandmother, Dot, on October 1, 2017. She leaves behind a daughter Karylee, sons Neil (Wendy) and Daniel (Shari), grandchildren Daniel, Jason and Alison and six great-grandchildren. Married to Ed for 71 years, she mourned his loss earlier this year. In life she was a very private person and as such requested a private family interment. Our thanks to the staff at Millennium Trail Manor for her last months of care and to the terrific ER staff at GNGH for making her final moments comfortable. An open house for family and friends will be held on Sat. Oct. 7th from 2-4 p.m. at her condo.
