NAGY, HEDWIG
November 28, 1922 - December 20, 2017.

The Nagy family is very grateful to have had Hedy, our Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother as the Matriarch of our lives for such an incredibly long time. With genuine affection for people, family, friends and caregivers have experienced her abundant graciousness and kindness. A strong, resilient woman that endured many hardships during her lifetime, but whom complained little and generously gave much.
Her culinary expertise and delectable baked goods will remain unduplicated. Apple pie? A piece of cake! A talented and accomplished person in the realm of fabric arts and handicrafts – “The back should look as good as the front.” Her skillfulness and high quality of workmanship speaks for itself.
A steadfast partner to our Father, Carmen: in love, business ventures and family life. The quintessential Mom to: Jim (Cindy), Elaine Wilson (Glenn), Chuck (Candace), and Barbara Johnston (Bruce). Joyful Grandmother to their children and as a Great Grandmother to the generation that followed.
Our family is so fortunate to have been loved and guided from two outstanding, dedicated parents. With many memories to recount, please join us to commemorate the wonderful life of our sweet Mom, Hedy Nagy.
Family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, on Friday December 22, 2017 from 7-9 pm and Saturday December 23, 2017 from 10-11 am, a funeral service will follow at 11 am. Interment will take place at Lundy’s Lane Cemetery.
