HASTINGS, Louise Elizabeth
Extraordinary. A life that made the lives of others so much better. My wife, our mother. Louise Elizabeth Hastings, in her 89th year, passed peacefully on Christmas Eve with her family and much love around her. Survived by her husband of 64 years, Gordon Hastings, and her three daughters Laura, Lisa and Lynn, grandchildren Katie-Lynn and Grace Cook, Emily and Maggie Waters and great-granddaughter Ava Alexander. Proud mother of Gordon junior (deceased 1992). The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St. on Saturday, December 30, 2017 from 10-11 a.m., with the service to follow. Cremation has taken place and a private family burial to take place in St. John’s Dixie Cemetery, Mississauga. Donations in lieu of flowers to the SickKids Foundation, Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto in the name of Louise Elizabeth Hastings, would be appreciated by the family.
