EDWARDS, Alvin “Al”– Passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday June 3, 2018 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of the late Sophie Edwards (nee: Semenuk) (2001). Loving father of Lisa Dixon and her husband Mark. Cherished grandfather of Jeremy and Brittany. Caring brother of Thelma Unruh (Richard) and the late Jim (the late Jane) Edwards. Dear special friend of Pearl Katzman. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., on Thursday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. A service to celebrate the life of Al will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 12 pm. Cremation will follow with an interment at Lundy’s Lane Cemetery at a later date. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to Tender Wishes.
