VERGALITO, Anna (Nanninella Cisterna) –
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Anna, on
Wednesday, September 21, 2022, at the St. Catharines General Hospital, at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Giuseppe (1994). Loving mother of Maria Lepera (Tom), Andrew (Annie) and Linda Panetta (Fab). Adored Nonna of Sonia (Roberto), Felicia (Aren), Tommy (Carolyn), Massimo, Alessia and Victoria. Bisnonna of Noah and Aliya.Dear sister of the late Gina Blancato (Natale), Giovanna Cardinale (late Selvino), the late Madelena luliano (Salvatore) and sister-in-law of the late Vittorio (Lina), the late Pasquale (Vilma), Tonino (late Claudia) and Aldo (Rosa). Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Anna had a passion for cooking, canning, dancing, and especially getting together with family. She was hardworking dedicated and always was the first to lend a hand, had a great sense of humour, and a welcoming presence.
The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls, on Sunday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral mass to be celebrated at St. Patrick Church, 4673 Victoria Ave., on Monday, September 26, 2022 at I p.m., with the rite of committal to follow at Fairview Mausoleum.
