Life Story for Bert Culligan

CULLIGAN, Bert - It is with great sadness the family of Bert Culligan wishes to announce his sudden death in his beloved birthplace of Belledune. Born on September 11th, 1934 in Culligan Siding, N. B., Bert will be forever remembered by his loving wife of 58 years, Patricia "Pat" (Watkinson), and his sons, Wayne and Larry. He was predeceased by his parents, Daniel II, and Ethel (Cormier), siblings Vincent, Angela, Emmett, Berniece, Chester, and his identical soulmate twin, Ray. He will be sadly missed by his brother Daniel (Don) and sisters Betty Pilon, Norma Carrier and Ruth Farrell, along with many nieces and nephews of whom he was very fond. Bert will always be remembered for his biting wit, wonderful sense of humour, colourful vocabulary, fast cars, love of life, and generosity towards others. He loved the company of family and friends. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls, ON, Tuesday from10:30 am to 12:30 pm followed by a Funeral Service in the chapel at 12:30 pm. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to Heart Niagara.
