Obituary for Brenda Marie Zegil Vander-Elst
VANDER-ELST, Brenda Marie (nee Zegil) - It is with heavy hearts that the family of Brenda Marie announces her passing on Friday, June 26, 2020 in Toronto at the age of 60.
Dearly loved mother of Douglas and Glen Vander-Elst and spouse Glen DeKoker. She leaves behind her loving family members which include Debbie Zegil, Karen Hannivan, Matthew Zegil, Herold Zegil (father) and Gord Barrsota (stepfather).
Predeceased by her mother Vivian Edwards, brother Herold Zegil and stepmother Sheilah Zegil.
Brenda was the ultimate “hockey mom”, deeply devoted parent and advocate for her two son’s ambitious dreams.
A private family service will take place on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 1pm. Arrangements entrusted to MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls.
