MARTIN, David Graeme –
Passed away peacefully after a short illness, surrounded by his wife and family, on Monday, March 6, 2023, in his 87th year. Survived by his wife and best friend, Judith for 33 years, his children; Laura (in our hearts) and her husband Doug Wilkinson, Linda and her husband Scott James, Kevin and his wife Ann, John and his wife Wendy Manwaring, Carrieann and her husband Andrew Bird, and Michelle and her husband Bruce Harder, Grandchildren; Sara, Ryan, Kelsey (Trey), Andrea (Colton), Mitchell, Rudy (Danielle), Candi (Cosmo), Douglas (Crystal), Morgan (Trever), Jesse, Maxwell, Caleb, Caitlyn, and Calli, Great grandchildren; Mariah, Nina, Jacob, Amelia, Gwen and Trent, sisters-in law Judy Martin, Nancy (Joe), and eight other in-laws, cousins; David (Cheryl) and nieces; Michelle, Alysha, Laurie (Don), and Tara, nephew; Chance and Chase. Predeceased by brothers; Claude, Clive, and Glenn.
David was employed with the Norton Company for 43 years and was a long-time member of Stamford Lane United Church. He was a Member and Past Master of King Edward VII Lodge #471 (1982, 1988 and 2002) District Deputy Grand Master Niagara District B” 1991-1992. Member of the following Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite Bodies Elgin Lodge of Perfection 14o; Niagara Chapter of Rose Croix 18o, P.M.W.S; Moore Sovereign Consistory – Hamilton 32o; Supreme Council of Canada Honorary 33o; Member of the following York Rite Bodies; Willson Chapter 64 Welland Royal Arch Masons. Past Masters – USA; Royal and Select Masters of Ontario, Pyramid Council #7 - Niagara Falls, Knights Templar – Plantagenet #8 St. Catharines.
The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls on Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. A service to celebrate the life of David will be held at Stamford Lane United Church, 3855 St. Peter St., Niagara Falls, on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 10:30 a.m., commencing with a Masonic service.
