WEBSTER, Donald - It is with great sadness and peace that Donny, in his 82nd year, passed away on Saturday September 29, 2018. Beloved husband of Norine, father of Dan (Roxanne) and “Papa” of Nathan, Gabrianne and Julien, and brother to Diane Phelps. Predeceased by his parents Arthur and Charlotte. Donald was employed with his father, as a construction worker. He was President of the Optimist Club and Niagara Falls Coin Club, and enjoyed bowling, slow pitch, and crossword puzzles. Cremation has taken place. Private arrangements have been entrusted to MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Donald’s memory may be made to Heartland Forest.
