GLINTZ, Donna Marie (nee Matthews) -
It is with great sadness that we share with you the death of Donna Glintz at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Thursday January 28, 2021 in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Norman Glintz (2019) for 63 years. Dearly loved mother of Christopher (Linda), Wallace (Carol) and Jane (David) Hibbard. Loving grandmother of Ashley Glintz, Randee (Jason) Deroche, Kelsey (Darrin) Newson, Alannah (Rich) Lagani and Waylon Glintz. Great-grandmother of Dorian and Morgan Deroche, Crew Newson and Emmett Lagani. Dear sister-in-law of Mabel Thomas. Predeceased by her parents John and Margaret Matthews and her brother Paul Matthews. Donna loved her family dearly, having a close relationship with them all. Her passions were decorating, antiquing and having lunch with her girlfriends. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the nursing staff at GNGH for their compassion and care. A special thank you to Valerie for her kindness.
A Private Family Service will take place with interment at Lundy’s Lane Cemetery to follow. Arrangements entrusted to MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street. Niagara Falls. In memory of Donna, donations may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and would be appreciated by her family.
