Condolence: It is with the utmost regret that I find that my dear friend has passed many years ago. I am ashamed for not having reached out to Frank and Patti in years. Frank was the sweetest man I have ever known and I miss him greatly. How I wish we could turn back the hands of time. Till we meet again Frank… Forgive me Patti, Walt.

Condolence: Patti, Rebekah and Andrew this has been really hard to write because we don't want to believe Frank has passed. In our hearts , we know Frank is pain free and watching over us. Frank will be greatly missed by many but not as much as you . Neil will miss Frank's stories and the laughter. I will miss Frank telling me I used the wrong tool or him being able to answer a cartoon query.
