GOLDRUP, Fred - Fred, at the age of 74, of Niagara Falls, Ontario passed away Wednesday, October 19 2022 at his home. Beloved husband to Lee Goldrup for more than 39 years, and devoted father of Aaron. Son of Harry and Mary Goldrup, and brother of Tom (Maureen), Jack (Marie), Lawrence (Marie, deceased), Patti (Wim), and Jim (Trish). He will be greatly missed by many extended family and friends. Fred will be fondly remembered for his positive impact in the field of education in the Niagara Region, his charitable works with the Education Foundation of Niagara, as a member of Probus Niagara, and for his time as President of multiple condominium corporations. Fred’s love of family, friends, golf, food, and travel, his genuine desire to help people, and his all-encompassing positivity will be sorely missed.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls on Saturday, October 29th from 3-6 pm. A celebration of Fred’s life will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, October 30th at 2:30 pm. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Education Foundation of Niagara.
