STORRING, Geraldine Jane - Passed away peacefully her family at her side on Monday July 1, 2019 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her loving husband of 62 years, Milford (2009). Beloved mother of Sheila (James) Smith, Carol (Don) MacWhirter and Judy (Rob) Olsen. Loving grandmother of Cindy (Naz) Candeloro, Jason MacWhirter, Eric (Helen) Smith, Jody MacWhirter, Jennifer John, Shauna Gorham, Ron (Erin) Winstanley, Christopher (Amy) Storring, Erin (Steve) Ellis, David Storring and Candice Dionne. Caring great-grandmother of 9. Dear sister of Cora Major, Edith Carney, Eileen Buttle and Betty Prince. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sons Raymond Storring (2000) and Douglas Storring (1991) and her siblings Elmer Anez ,Keith Anez and Marilyn Craig. Geraldine was a devote Jehovah’s Witness and loved sharing bible truths with others. She cared for other deeply by helping out any way she could.
Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., on Saturday July 13th from 12:00 – 2:00p.m. A memorial service to celebrate the life of Geraldine will be held at the funeral home Saturday at 2:00p.m. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Canada, Canadian Diabetes Association, or Heart Niagara.
