We have lost a very precious Gem this week. I had the great privilege of meeting Hans many years ago while working as a Lifeguard. Hans was an avid morning swimmer and always claimed I may have to jump in to rescue him, even though we both knew of how great of a swimmer he truly was. His constant humor and heart warming stories of his youth, his times during the war, his family, but mainly both of our sincere passion for soccer and culture. His stories are legend and his renowned kindness will live on forever... Rest In Peace my friend, you will be greatly missed.
