Obituary for Hilda Ann Fair
FAIR, Hilda
Hilda Fair passed away peacefully on Saturday March 21, 2020 at St Catharine's General Hospital. Hilda was known to be an independent woman allowing nothing to stand in her way. Hilda will be missed by her friend Paul Parkhill, her daughter Martha Carlton, her son-in-law, David Brown, her granddaughter Sadie Brown and Darly her faithful Seeing Eye dog. Also, by her parents Lorne and Alberta Fair, her brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Hilda volunteered her time with St. Catharines CNIB, Salvation Army Christmas Kettles, and was active within her community of Niagara Falls to ensure accessibility was there for all. Hilda was 1 of 100 to receive the National Centennial award from CNIB. Hilda was a woman of strong faith and a member of First Baptist Church Niagara Falls. A Special Thank you to all the medical team at St. Catharines General Hospital.
