HOYLE, Iva Irene (nee Jeffery) – It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Iva Hoyle at Bella Senior Care Residence with her loving children by her side on the morning of Friday December13th, 2019. Beloved wife of the late William ‘Bill’ Hoyle (2003). Adored mother of Donna (Alan) Cassibo and Warren (Lee) Hoyle. Dearly loved grandmother of Justin, Tara (Shawn Preston) and Kevin. Iva celebrated her 101st Birthday on September 27, 2019 at ‘Y Not Again’ Restaurant in Chippawa with her family. She was predeceased by her parents Ruth (nee Sugden) and John Jeffery. The last of 9 siblings; Clinton, Gerald, Gordon, Kenneth, Alvena, Velma, Sterlin and infant Irene. She is survived by her sister-in-law Laura Hoyle of Orillia ON. She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Iva married Bill in Huntsville, ON. on June 1, 1943 moving to Niagara Falls where they lived all of their lives. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff on Legends at Bella for their support and care of our mom.
Family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St. visiting Friday from 11 am to 1 pm. A Funeral Service to Celebrate Iva’s Life will follow at 1 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery. In memory of Iva, donations as an expression of sympathy to Stamford Lane United Church, the Alzheimer Society or a Charity of One’s Choice would be appreciated by her family.
