Devoted father of David (Marlee) and Jeff (Janice) and an adored Grandpa. Survived by sister Alyson (Gary) and sister - in -law Diana. Predeceased by his parents and brother Danny. Fondly remembered by nephew Daniel, niece Katharine and many friends. Jim came to Canada at the age of 21, eventually making his way to Niagara Falls in 1975 to work at Provincial Crane. Jim lived a very active life scuba diving, golfing and running. Jim was dedicated to his community, volunteering countless hours to organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club, Heart Niagara, Winter Festival of Lights and the Terry Fox Run.
