Condolence: I have lost a truly great friend in Janette. We first met though Ann Speedie at Niagara Concerts and worked together on the Board for many years. Janette always was a positive force in keeping Niagara Concerts alive in our community. She started with Community Concerts so long ago and then continued her volunteerism when Niagara Concerts was formed. She was there to support the group in so many ways and many folks will remember her handing our programs to our patrons at the door at both NFCVI and later at the Scotiabank Convention Centre. Her love of music only grew stronger and she was always willing to lend her support wherever needed. She will truly be missed by all of our past members and directors. My sincere condolences to her family.

Condolence: My deepest condolences to Janette's family. I was in the choir at Drummond Hill. I have fond memories of sitting beside Janette in the choir loft. In my hymn book I still have the bookmark she brought me from Scotland. I learned from her & became active in Niagara Concerts because of her. Janette was a lovely lady.

Condolence: To Janette's Family, I am sorry for your loss. I met Janette through Elizabeth (Betty Lou) Manker and enjoyed her company through the years at Niagara Concerts and at Christ Church events. I sat with Janette and her table mates this past January at Lundy Manor's Robbie Burns afternoon and had a nice visit with her.

Condolence: Derek, Geoff, Ian and families, our heartfelt condolences on the loss of your beloved mom. She was such a gracious and vivacious lady, full of kindness, cheerfulness and that unmistakeable brand of Gaelic humour. Some of my earliest memories are of hearing Mrs. Graham's lilting Scottish brogue warmly welcoming me when calling on Geoff to "come out to play." A beautiful soul who leaves behind a rich legacy of family and friends. Our thoughts are with you all during this time of loss.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of the loss of your beautiful and kind spirited Mother. Janette always greeted the Patrons of the Niagara Concerts with such enthusiasm. I always felt welcome as a result of her kindness. At one concert I was asked to leave by a group of patrons because I was in my wheelchair in the aisle. They felt I was a hazard and people like me ( disabled ) should stay at home Your Mom saw my distress, confronted the guests and suggested maybe they should stay at home instead if they felt disabled persons were making it unsafe for them.

Yeah Janette, always accepting of others.

Condolence: To the Graham family,

So sorry to hear about Janette's passing. Janette and John were old friends of my parents. My mom met up with Janette again at Lundy Manor. We would talk to her often. Our thoughts are with you at this sad time.
