KEENAN, Jean Arelette (nee Breadman)
Peacefully with family by her side, Jean passed away on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at Albright Manor, in her 82nd year. Left to mourn are her loving husband John and sons John Jr. (Shannon) of Ottawa, Bill of Niagara Falls and the late infant daughter Kimberly Ann. She will be sadly missed by siblings Margaret (Russ) Page, Harry (Joyce) Breadman, Murray (Bev) Breadman and Bob (Jenny) Breadman as well as sisters-in-law Pat McPherson (the late Gary) and Priscilla Keenan (the late Tom). She was a devoted grandmother to John Jr., Joseph, Samantha and Mary and though they often lived at great distances they were never far from her heart. Jean was a wonderful cook and was always ready to make room at her table for unexpected guests of which there were many. She battled many health issues over the years but fought them all bravely and was able to cope for so many years at home with the help of many friends, relatives and especially Pat McPherson for helping make Jean’s stay at Albright as pleasant as possible.
At her request, cremation has taken place and there will be no funeral. Please remember Jean for the beautiful loving person that she was. Special thanks to the 5th floor staff.
