It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jerry after a battle with cancer on Monday, January 9, 2023, at home with his wife by his side, at the age of 66. Beloved husband of Wendy for 41 years. Proud father of Jeremy (Leslie) and Christopher (Brandi Hicks). Loving Ata of Oakley, Chloe and Korbyn. Dear brother of Anne MacKenzie (Malcolm), Mary Slak, Vida Slak and Matthew Slak. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Predeceased by parents Mathew and Ana Slak and sister Dorothy Saddler.

The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, January 13, 2023, at 11 a.m. at St. Patrick Church, 4673 Victoria Ave. Cremation to follow.
