DONALDSON, Joan Eileen (nee Mackenzie) - Passed away peacefully March 14, 2019, at the age of 76.
Born February 28, 1943 in Toronto, Ontario to Maxwell and Eileen Mackenzie, Joan will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ian, and their 3 children Scott (Elizabeth), Sara (Matthew), and Susana (Monty). She will be dearly missed by her brothers Doug and Alex Mackenzie, and was preceded in death by her sister Anne Maciej (nee Mackenzie). Joan was also a beloved grandmother to Michaela, Jack, Paige, Simon, Jacob, Chelsea, and Grace.
Joan is resting at Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main Street, where a celebration of her life will be held on Friday morning, March 22nd at 11 o’clock. Reception to follow at the Morse & Son Event Centre with interment following at Niagara Lakeshore Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
