SWARTZ Joan Arlene- We are saddened to announce Joan’s passing at the Valley Park Lodge on Tuesday April 12, 2022. Joan was born in Welland in 1936 but spend most of her life in Niagara Falls and St. Catharines. She was a teacher at Westlane Secondary School, and an Office Administrator for the Ontario Real Estate Association. Joan loved bowling and golf and was proficient at both. She was married to her late husband Robert for 55 years and is survived her brother Ron Pulver, step-daughter Roberta Taylor, and nephews Ken & Rick Pulver. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation and a special thank you to the wonderful and caring staff at Valley Park Lodge. Joan lived with them for 4 years and was always cared for lovingly and compassionately. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Residents Council at Valley Park Lodge. Cremation has taken place and a private interment will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street Niagara Falls.
