McGlynn, Joanne nee Longo,
Passed away peacefully, Thursday December 31, 2020, after a courageous battle with cancer.It is with great sadness that we said our final goodbyes to Joanne McGlynn at the age of 60. Reunited with her beloved husband Timothy John McGlynn and her loving parents Domenico and Rosemary Longo. Loving sister to Mary Dorinzi (Jessy), Nancy Marchese (Gerry), and Domenic Longo (Anita). Best Aunt ever to Jason Dorinzi (Liisa), David Dorinzi (Erica), Robert Dorinzi (Monica), Allison Marchese (Matteo), Adam Marchese (Julia), Nicholas, Matthew and Michael Longo, and Great Aunt to Sophia and Jack. She will be missed by her extended family and many wonderful friends, especially her “forever friends” from Buchanan and her coworkers from Post where she worked for many years. She will also be fondly remembered by father-in-law, Jack McGlynn and in-laws Rob (Karen), Drew (Patty) and Wendy Winstanley (Leroy) and their respective families. Born and raised in Niagara Falls, Joanne will be remembered for her kind and caring heart. She was a friend to everyone she met and will be missed by all who knew her. Due to current restrictions, a private family funeral mass and burial at Fairview cemetery will be held on Tuesday, January 5, 2021.
