I used to work with Louise at Indigo and remember her fondly.
We had a great time together, she was always able to make me laugh. Her comedic timing was always spot on.

Condolence: So sorry to hear about Louise. I worked with Louise at Indigo and she was such a lovely person and so beyond kind, smart and generous.
I always enjoyed visiting with Louise and she had me laughing every single time with that dry sense of humour.
Louise had an incredible grace with customers and took the time to know them and add brightness to their day while sharing her incredible passion for books. She spoke of you Russell, her family and your travels often. Russell and Lynn please know that you are in my thoughts and so sorry to hear about this loss.

Condolence: While I only knew Louise for a short time I felt an instant connection to her. What a fabulous sense of humour this remarkable woman had - even throughout a difficult cancer journey. I shall miss our lunches, drinks and wine tasting adventures. She's probably selling wine memberships wherever she ended up - that or recommending great books.
