Condolence: I had the privilege of having Mrs. Haldane as my teacher in Grade 2 and again for part of Grade 5 at Ontario School in Thorold South. I remember her fondly and followed her lead, becoming a teacher myself. I appreciated her caring and kind approach. To her family, I am very sorry for your lost.

Condolence: In the mid-1980s, Marie welcomed me as Lord Elgin Secondary's school nurse, with warmth and acceptance, right from the start. She had an outstanding ability to put people at ease and to assure they were included in every way. (Even some hi-jinx!)
Her laughter was contagious, her kindness and great flair for life will be remembered by many.
