Obituary for Marie "Rosie" Jocquie
JOCQUIE, Marie (Rosie) – passed away suddenly at her home on May 8, 2020 at the age of 67.
Marie was commonly known as “Rosie” to the residents of Niagara Falls, where she spent the majority of her life. All who knew Rosie will feel the loss of such a charismatic and spirited individual who was never short of an exciting story or an inspirational one-liner. Rosie was sure to bring a smile or a rolling belly laugh to all who knew and loved her, she will be deeply and greatly missed. Marie was a sister to Shirley, Donald, Marlene, Lorraine, and Diane. She was predeceased by her parents Donald, Winifred and sister Margaret. She will be remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Cremation has taken place with a private service to take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to MORSE&SON funeral home, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls. Those who wish may make a memorial donation to a charity of one’s choice. Memories, photos and condolences may be shared at www.moseandson.com
