Condolences

Condolence From: Tracey Nichols & Rick Pollock
Condolence: Uncle Murdock was loved by the entire Nichols family! His father was my grandmother's brother. My parents and aunts and uncles all loved him dearly- his lovely letters kept us all connected. He told great stories and made us laugh. We will miss him. Our condolences to the family.

Condolence From: Rick Plato
Condolence: My condolences to the Ross family. I met Nick at Tim Hortons a few years ago. He was a true gentleman. Always willing to chat and joke, we all enjoyed his company. He will truly be missed.

Condolence From: J. Ron Stonier and Jan Sarsfield
Condolence: Although Murdock was my cousin, an age difference of more than 20 years separated us, as well as the fact that he lived halfway across the country. Over the last ten years or so, we got to know each other rather well. Since he wasn't interested in computers, we communicated the old-fashioned way, through written letters several times a year which we both enjoyed reading and writing to share our common interests. He was a generous man whom I admired greatly for a whole list of positive qualities. Twice a veteran (WWII and Korea) and through his Police service and Community service, he demonstrated his care for his fellow man. I'm very proud of my cousin and the difference he made in this world. Thank you for your service and rest now as your duty is done.
