Obituary for Nicholas Innocenzo Abbatiello

Nicholas Innocenzo ABBATIELLO,

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nicholas Innocenzo Abbatiello who passed suddenly on February 2nd 2021, at the age of 31. Nick will be lovingly remembered by his parents Anito and Teresa Abbatiello, siblings Jonathan Abbatiello (Mackenzie), Juliana Tacinelli, grandparents Ray Pelletier, Aldo and Anna Nero, and pets Luna, Patch, Harriet, and Nelson. He will also be sadly missed by his Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and many dear friends.
Nick was predeceased by his mother Kim Dekker, and grandparents Peggy Steele, Innocenzo and Maria Abbatiello.

For those who knew Nick, it goes without saying that he was unbreakable; a true champion of circumstances that would have been too much for others to bear.
Nick confronted and conquered impossible odds so many times and in so many areas. Whether it was academics, athletics, his career, or anything else he focused on, there was nothing that could take him down no matter how high the odds were stacked against him. When others told him it could not be done, Nick shattered expectations and achieved the status of a legend among those who spent time around him.
In the years to come, many stories will be told of Nick and his adventures that will inspire laughter, disbelief, and joy.
No matter how hard things got for Nick, he was always someone you could count on to help with anything and lend you a hand in any way that he could.

Those wishing to donate in the memory of Nick can donate to the Canadian Mental Health Association – Niagara Branch, they help support individuals and families working through hard times with their loved ones.
