COULTER, Paul John – Passed from his body, May 9, 2021 at the age of 61 in his home in Niagara Falls, ON. Paul was born in Welland, Ontario on February 25th, 1960. He was the fourth child in a family of five to his mother Marion Lillian Coulter (nee Lynn) and father Charles Murney Coulter. He was loved by his sisters and brothers Judy Breadner (Coulter) and Al Breader, Wendy Bernard (Coulter) and Dan Bernard, David Coulter, Marney Coulter and his nieces and nephews Kerri, Larry, Hallie and Connor Martin, Adam, Nate and Abby Breadner, Neil Bernard, Coulter Prestage, along with many loving extended family members from the Lynn family and the Coulter family lineage. He loved his family dearly and any mention of parents, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and grands brought a smile to his face. He had a host of family and friends who cared for and about him deeply spread across the country, which he has crossed a few times himself. He enjoyed travelling and would imagine going places often.
Paul had a difficult life with many struggles. He grew up to accept, understand, and learn from the difficult times. He was wise, loving, bright, funny, sweet, kind, resourceful, resilient and a survivor. He was a compassionate and empathetic person, who tried to be positive in the light of his struggles. A special acknowledgment of deep gratitude goes out to the ACTT (Assertive Community Treatment Team) in the Niagara Region, notably Claire and Rebecca, who have continuously been dedicated to the support of Paul for the past 20 years. Paul’s smile and giggle will be greatly missed. We were blessed to know and love this unique Human Being. May he rest peacefully, knowing he is in our hearts and loved always.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Canadian Mental Health Association or to the Niagara Falls Humane Society.
