FULTON, Paul Brian – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Paul Fulton suddenly on March 19, 2020 at the Niagara General Hospital at the age of 52. Paul was the man who could fix it all. Beloved son of Betty and the late Bill Fulton. Devoted loving father of Jake. Dearest brother to Lori Barber (Phillip Sr.), Billy Fulton, Adele Smith (Dave), and the late Mark Sr. Fulton. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A service to celebrate the life of Paul, will be held at a later date.
