Condolences

Condolence From: Rick Oreskovich
Condolence: Rudy called the Football Niagara Executive when he moved to Niagara in the early 2000's and volunteered to coach. We were quite surprised because most retirees tend to settle down, relax and get involved with quiet and comforting hobbies.
Not Rudy, he wanted part of the action in coaching youth in one of the most active and fast moving sports. His passion, love of competition and teaching youth the fundamentals of football kept him young and active. He was and will always be loved by all the young people lucky enough to be coached by him and by his colleagues as an executive with Football Niagara. Rest in Peace our friend Rudy, you will always be remembered.

Condolence: I first met Rudy when he joined our Niagara Minor Football executive team. He wanted to get involved right from the start and we all got to know him very quickly. His mannerisms and sense of humour made him stand out among the coaches and players. He wanted to contribute to the lives of the young people he coached with some crazy plays and hardened discipline. He made football fun and brought some comic relief to the field at times when it was needed the most. I will always remember Rudy as good hearted man who wanted to contribute to his community and show people that life can be funny both on and off the field. Rest in peace my friend.

Condolence: My deepest condolences on the passing of a good coach and better man.
Rudy and I coached together for many years here in Niagara. Be at the house league level or high school level.....Rudy's coaching style never changed....he was always present at all practices and games and he lived to coach football.... and he did it well.
Rest in Pease my friend.....Lid
