Life Story for Shabegum Merani
MERANI, Shabegum (Devji) –
Passed away peacefully and has gone to her heavenly home on Monday, May 6, 2019 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 82.
Beloved wife of Gulam, for 60 years. Devoted mother of Moe (Nazlin), Salma Lakha (Karim), Nelin Nurmohamed (Ali Sr.) and Farrah Dibikian (Levon). Adored grandmother of Aleem (Kushol), Tiara Lakha (Anilyne), Zia Lakha, Ali Jr. Nurmohamed, Natasha Nurmohamed, Gabriel Dibikian, Ava Dibikian and the late Arif Merani (October 15, 2013). Dear sister of 3 brothers and 2 sisters and many nieces and nephews.
A service to be held at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., Niagara Falls, on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 11 a.m. Burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to the Niagara Health Foundation – Palliative care unit at the GNGH.
