POUPORE, Thomas J. “Tom” February 8, 1957 - August 13, 2021 Tom passed away peacefully at the Toronto General Hospital at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Julie (nee Brown) for 42 years. Loving father of Rachel Symington (Banning), T.J. and Adam. Very proud grandpa of Harvest and Cedar, as well as his furry couch companion Barco. Brother of Theresa Kernahan (late Bill), Camilla Mingle (late Frank), and the late Helynne, Gail, James and Michael Poupore. Tom will be sadly missed by his Brown family; Mary Jean Johnson (late Rick), Susan Atkinson (Harold), Tim (Cara), Dave and the late Michael (Debbie Rutledge). Predeceased by his parents Ray and Genevieve Poupore and his in-laws Harry and Rachel Brown.
Tom retired from Oxy Vinyls Canada after 30 years as an Electrician/Instrumentation Technician His greatest joys were the times he spent with his wife and children on many camping and motor home adventures; fishing and hunting at their cabin, walking through the trails and enjoying nature, as well as puttering in his woodworking shop. Tom was always available with tools in hand to help his children with anything they needed fixed or built, and was looking forward to many more years of sharing his knowledge with his grandchildren. He fought a courageous battle to the end.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Tom’s life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers/donations, if possible, please donate blood and/or sign your organ donor card.
