Obituary for Tom Hynes
HYNES, Tom- It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tom, on November 29, 2023 at the age of 67. Dearly loved husband of Dianne for 40 years. Cherished father of Tiffany Schoonings (Brad). Proud Papa of Audrey and Bennett. Dear brother of John (Diane), Rod (Jane) and Sharon Hynes. Brother-in-law of Sam, Rod (Karen), Darrell, Keith and Phoebe.
Predeceased by his parents, Dave and Rose and his brother David.
He will be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews.
Tom loved playing and spending time with his grandkids. He enjoyed watching sports and was an avid golfer, and he will be greatly missed by his close circle of friends, who became his family.
Cremation has taken place. Tom’s family will receive friends on Sunday, December 3rd from 2-5 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Walker Family Cancer Centre or Hospice Niagara.
