Obituary for Tracy Karen Sirianni (Burrows)

SIRIANNI, Tracy Karen – Passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Friday February 26, 2021 at the age of 58. Beloved wife of Gregory for 31 years. Devoted mother of Joshua and Emma. Equally devoted aunt of Bradley (Natalie) Burrows. Loving daughter of Barbara and the late Vincent Burrows (2006). Caring sister of Mark Burrows. Dear granddaughter of the late Kath Burrows (2005) and niece of Kathleen (Harold) Walsh. Cherished cousin of Paul (Gillian) Walsh and the late Lynn Walsh (2007). Special niece and sister of Doris (Geoff) Powell and Linda (Marienne) Powell. Fondly remembered by her many friends and extended family both in England and Canada. Born in Manchester, England, Tracy immigrated to Canada in 1968 alongside family and friends in the hopes of a better life. From childhood, she began planting her roots, growing up to be the spirited, audacious, and fervent woman everyone knew her to be. Tracy later found her calling as a wife and mother, building and supporting the family she always wanted and so loved. Having a reputation for being stubbornly persistent and resilient in the face of tribulation, she survived cancer four times and was coping with Huntington’s well. If nothing else, Tracy will forever be remembered as fiercely devoted and supportive to those she loved. To her, there was always time when someone needed help and no hesitation to vehemently defend them if required. It was this devotion that reflected most in those around her, accentuated by her many interests; it helped mold her loved ones into who they are today. Tracy the dancer and fashionista. Tracy the decorator and organizer. Tracy the reader and creative mind. In Gregory, Joshua, and Emma, Tracy always kept things lively, fashionable, and organized, and she loved to see an avid reader in the house just as much as she did a creative mind. Her passions helped raise a talented designer in their son Joshua and a gifted, imaginative photographer in their daughter Emma. Though she has left this world, Tracy will forever be a part of ours. Her impact is immeasurable, and her family will live on with her spirit, resilience, and loving nature. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Tracy’s life will occur at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street. In lieu of flowers, those who wish to may make a memorial donation to the Huntington Society of Canada.
