BONDAR, Walter - It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Walter (Wladimir) Bondar on May 31st in his 97th year. Predeceased by his dedicated wife Julie (Uliana). Proud father of Bill & Tamara (Jamie) and loving Djid to Amanda, Danielle, Jeff (Mandy), Shardae (Gian Carlo) and Kimberlyn. Great-Djid to Ethan, Ireland, Seth and Colton. Walter will be remembered as a resilient, humourous and loving father, grandfather and great grand father as well as an active member of the Ukrainian Orthodox church who will be deeply missed by all. The family would like to extend heartfelt gratitude and thanks to the staff of the Rainbow wing of GNGH for their support and kindness during this difficult time.
Funeral arrangements & internment will be held privately at Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Niagara Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada.
