My Step-Mom Pat...

You know, my Dad & Pat met long before my Dad even married my Mother...as a young teenager, Pat was working in a café. My Dad had a fancy for her so he asked her parents if he could take her out but was sadly told, that he was too old!!

Ironically, later in life he ran into her again, now divorced, he asked her out again...she said YES (and so did her parents!) and now, the rest is history!

Pat was the best thing that ever happened to my Dad, they were two peas in a pod, Mutt & Jeff, Frick & Frack...Ying & Yang...

They did everything together, cooked, cleaned, doted on each other, went out dancing, entertained and travelled. We should all be so lucky to have a 2nd chance in life, to find our true soul-mate.

And so my Dad did.

Lucky eh?

She fit into our family like a glove. She never tried to replace our Mother yet at the same time, she was MORE than a Mother & Grandmother to all of us. Never afraid to speak her mind if she thought it reasonable to do so, or tell a dirty joke... she was truly one of a kind.

I think besides my Dad, we were ALL very blessed to have this vibrant, witty and wonderful woman in our lives and we will NEVER stop appreciating her contributions to it.

Love and hugs to all my family and other friends and relatives that we may not even know...

Blessed are we to have known & loved my step Mom Pat.

Warmest,

Teresa & Kenny
