Life Story for Sharon Ann Winger

Sharon Ann Winger
WINGER, Sharon Ann - With heavy hearts we are saddened to announce the passing of our loving Companion, Mother, Sister, Nannie, Aunt and friend to many. Sharon passed away peacefully on May 9th in her 73rd year. Sharon is survived by her loving partner Andy Garner, loving mother to Jo Ann (John) Rattie and Johnny Winger. Nannie to her “king” Jacob (Kathleen) Rattie. Cherished sister to Midge (Jerry) Learn, Jackie (Larry) Doner and Peggy (Sal) Moceri. Special step mom to Christopher (Melissa) Garner and the late Michael (Missy) Garner. Gramma Sharon to Justin and Christopher Winger and Kayla, Jayden, Brennen, and Keenan Garner. Sharon was predeceased by her parents Joe and Maggie Pearson and brother Jimmy. Sharon was a very special aunt to Jill, Jerry Mike, Raymond, Robin, Michael, Marty and families. Sharon had very special friends who supported her throughout her journey. Charlene McLaughlin was by her side, always making sure she had what she needed. We can’t thank Jill, Dave, Princess, and Kristi enough for all their love they showed their aunt as she fought courageously. Sharon was a past president of Legion 51 and member of Branch 479.
She took an active role in many community events. She was loved by all who knew her, including Joey her cat; and will forever be in our hearts.
Family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St. on Thursday May 11, 2017 from 7-9 PM and Friday May 12, 2017 from 11AM -12PM with a service celebrating her life at 12 PM. Following the service interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery. Memorial donations to the JMAC Memorial Foundation would be appreciated.
