HOMOLKA, John – Passed away suddenly at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Friday, November 30, 2018 at 80. Beloved husband of Frances for 56 years. Dearly loved father of John (Myra-Ann), Tony (Matilda), and Paula Wardrop (Domenic Caruso). Loving and devoted Deda of Frances, Sara-Ann, the late Daniel (2002), John, Joseph, Emma, Mary, and Jeannie. Whenever we hear the word ‘gentleman’ John comes to mind. He was an amazing husband, father, grandfather, brother , uncle and godfather. He always made everyone feel loved and accepted. He was a true legend.
Family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St. visiting Tuesday 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. Vigil prayers will be celebrated at 3:30pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at Our Lady of the Scapular Church at 10:30 am. The Rite of Committal will follow at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, 600 Spring Gardens Rd. Burlington.
