CARTMELL, Richard – Passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Tuesday December 3, 2019 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Betty (1996). Dearly loved father of the late Guy Cartmell (1986), Darrell Cartmell, Debbie McKee, Cheryl (James) McKee, and Tammy Zylstra. Loving grandfather of Shane (Jen) McKee, Clint McKee, Crystal Cartmell, Brandy Cartmell, Amanda (Brian) Appel, Natasha Cartmell (Steve Dawson), Keighly McKee, Kiera McKee, Amber Zylstra (Jared Halket), and Tyler Zylstra. He will be missed by many great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his brother Doug Cartmell (Mary Cartmell). He leaves behind his in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday at 2 pm at Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main St. Interment will immediately follow at Lundy’s Lane Cemetery. In memory of Richard, donations to Project Share would be appreciated.
