We would like to send our condolences to Cindy's familly & her second familly the Millers. Cindy left us with many memories, all of witch are very happy and heartwarming. She was the "SPARK" around the camp fire. She was always a great joy to be around, she always had something nice to say or something funny. She was a big part of the miller familly and became ours also. We will sadly miss her. There was one angel in Welland, and no one will ever forget our angel Cindy..
