Condolences

Condolence From: Hazel Wilson (Dolly)
Condolence: Dr. Ron, we have missed you so much. You were the best Vet in the world and the kindest man to have ever graced our lives. I go to your grave when at the cemetery for my family and have left flowers and a candle to let you know you have always been in my prayers. Rest in God’s Heaven and know you are still missed by so many. I know you are watching over our dear pets on the other side as you did here on earth. God bless you always!

Condolence: Ron was a kind, gentle, and loving human being. One that would give you the shirt off his back. He departed this earth much too soon but with Heaven's grace we shall join you in a place of peace and quiet.

On World Polio Day, 24 October, 2020 Governor Frank Adamson has dedicated this day in your memory. Rotarians from across District 7090 will ride their bike in celebrating your legacy. Ron lived our Rotary motto "Service Above Self".

Condolence: Dear June, Andrew, Justin and Andrew. There are no words to describe the sadness we feel at the loss of such a wonderful husband and father. Your home was always filled with people and animals and lots of love. You boys almost always had friends over. Often when we would pick up or drop off Kyle, a dog would greet meet us at the car, a cat would be meandering around the bushes, another cat would brush agains’t our legs as we walked in the house to the background noise of a squawking parrot. We remember you chasing a rabbit, who managed to get out of his cage, around the neighbor's yard and for a while your family had a couple of our chickens as well. Ron was so helpful with our cat, Sneakers, and so caring and helpful when Jason and Stephanie lost their dog, Roxie. When you moved to your farm in Fonthill, you invited Steve to bring over our granddaughter, Claire, to spend time with the many animals on your farm. Claire would love to be a vet one day too and we are sure that memory will always be in her mind. She still remembers that day well. And we are just one family. When we see the many, many things that Ron was involved in, we marvel at all the many ways he touched individual lives along the way. Ron was a great example of love in action, of stretching beyond ourselves and reaching out to help others in large and small ways. He will be so missed, but he leaves us a great example that will live on through the many lives he touched and through your loving family.

Condolence: I'm very saddened that your lovely husband/son/father/grandfather passed. He was so kind when it was Benny's time for the Rainbow Bridge. Niagara has lost a huge, kind, generous spirit. "The tears we cry are a testament to the love we share, may they cleanse and heal your heart."

Condolence: June, Andrew and Sharon, our thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. When I first met Ron at my sisters house, my first impression was his pleasant nature and his down to earth attitude. We were impressed with his humility and later during our subsequent meetings we remember the kindness and youthful energy that he displayed. Once again our heartfelt condolences and may God comfort you and give you peace.

Love from all: Sam, Bano, Pamela, Mathew, Dana and Lena

Condolence: Dear June and family
Our hearts go out to you and the difficult year you have been through. Ron was such a wonderful, caring and generous man. He was so proud of his boys and June, the love of his life.
I began my career working for Peter Cooperman in January 1989, the same time that you purchased your first clinic in Niagara Falls. You have both accomplished so much personally and professionally. I have been amazed at the volunteer time and community involvement that you both have participated in. Ron will be missed by all who knew him. God bless

Condolence: To June and Family,
I am so glad you got him home for the final days. The farm is a lovely place for him to have rested surrounded by loving family after his marathon in hospital.
Ron was a wonderful classmate, and a wonderful gentle and kind veterinarian to work with. I am amazed by how you all have held up- it shows just how much strength rests within your family, and of course especially him during these trying times.
Tears come to my eyes. The world of veterinary medicine and Niagara Falls pets and families will miss his capable care very much indeed.
Warm regards--and I posted two pics of Ron at work that I took for the CVMA project onsite here. It is nice to see him pictured at work. He was generous in giving his time for the photoshoot as he was always very busy at the clinic, but never too busy for kind and generous assistance in anything.

Condolence: Dear June
I met you and Ron for the first time at Sharon’s bridal shower. Your decision to embrace the Indian culture by wearing traditional Indian attire was such a sweet gesture! I must say, you rocked the Indian outfits and looked absolutely stunning!!! We ended up chatting at length and I knew right away that Sharon was entering a wonderful family where there was an abundance of mutual love and respect.
Over the past year, it has been my privilege to pray for Ron and for you as you navigated Ron’s illness. The strength of your love for each other was truly special... and the courage and grace you both displayed on this difficult journey was truly inspirational. They say that where there is great love… there is deep grief (since grief is the price tag for love) I pray that in the days ahead your will feel God’s presence and peace in real and tangible ways and that the memories of good times will bring some measure of comfort to you.
As I read through the tributes, I could see that Ron was greatly loved and truly respected by all who knew him. We don’t know why Ron’s earthly journey had to end so soon… but one thing we do know for sure… we can trust God completely even when we cannot understand Him fully.
Here’s to a life well lived… A life of great success but also one of much significance!
