RIX, Edward Joseph-born on October 26, 1904 passed away peacefully on Friday January 14, 2005 at Bella Senior Care Residence, at the age of 100. Sadly missed by his wife Alice, daughters Linda Rix, Beverly Allan and son-in-law Bob Allan, grandchildren Robert, David and Andrew Allan, John and Steve (Heather) Kiemele, great grandchildren Mackenzie Sarah and Cameron John.
Edward is at the MORSE & SON CHAPEL of the MORGAN FUNERAL HOMES 5917 Main Street where his family will receive friends on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday morning at 10:00 o’clock at Our Lady of the Scapular Church. The Rite of Committal will follow at Lundy’s Lane Cemetery. Vigil prayers will be held on Sunday afternoon at 3:00 o’clock at the funeral home. For those who wish memorial donations may be made to Niagara Support Services through the funeral home.
