MURTY, Elizabeth (Stewart) – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth Murty on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital, at the age of 98. Beloved wife of the late David. Devoted mother of Philip (Melinda) and the late Stuart (late Debbie). Adored grandmother of Sean (Shelley), Stacey (Ian) and Vanessa (Darcy). Dear great grandmother of Joshua and aunt of Michael (Cathy). Fondly remembered by her friends at River Road Retirement Home and Southminster United Church.
A service to celebrate Elizabeth’s life will be held at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main St., Niagara Falls, on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 11 a.m. A private family service will be held at Fairview Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, those who wish may make a memorial donation to Southminster United Church.
