Condolence: Nonna, among the many admirable qualities within you, there are some that are simply unforgettable: your playful nature, your strong values of family and tradition, your utter devotion and unconditional love for your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren, your love and support to your husband, your warm hospitality to all those who came to your front door. You were quirky in the cutest way possible. One example of that quirkiness is that you were always cold even when it was 38 degrees outside, but your heart was always open and warm. We will never forget the tireless efforts made to host big family dinners, tea parties with the grandkids, baths in the white sink in the laundry room as kids, picnics at Queens Park, coffee and cookies at the kitchen table, appointments at the hairdressers, you and grandpa sitting in your chairs in the living room in the evenings, your shared wisdom and advice about life, stories about Italy, and the best tomato sauce in all regions of the world. I love and miss you Nonna and you will always be remembered. xoxo
