Known for being a Comic Book Guru at ToothpickComics, and being Radio Personality DJ Jose for his 4680q.ca online punk/metal radio show "The Unknown Road".
A memorial service to celebrate the life of Joel will be held at Morse & Son Funeral Home, 5917 Main St. on Thursday June 6th 2019 between 11am - 1 pm.
