ROBINS, Kathleen Mary “Kathy” – Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Saturday December 17, 2016. Beloved wife of Wayne for 46 years. Loving mother of David (Tessa) and Lisa. Proud nana of Noah and Nicholas. Dear sister of Jim Somerville (Marsha), Peter Somerville (Lillian), Christine Derhodge (Ron); daughter-in-law of Joan Robins (the late Lew); sister-in-law of Mary Lou Robins, Susan Smith (David), Brenda Robins, and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents James and Patricia Somerville, brother Paul, brother-in-law Rick Robins and sister-in-law Nancy Romanenko. Thanks to Dr. J. Giesbrecht at the Walker Family Cancer Centre, and Dr. C. Miller and nurse Jamie at GNGH for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at MORSE & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5917 Main Street, Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. Memorial Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church. In memory of Kathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Walker Family Cancer Centre.
