Life Story for Linda Gloria MacDonald

Linda Gloria MacDonald
MacDonald, Linda Gloria (nee Gale)
It is with heavy heart we announce the passing of our beloved mom. Linda passed peacefully, on Sunday, March 10th, 2019, in her 63rd year, at Greater Niagara General Hospital, with her loving family by her side. Linda was a strong woman, who will be remembered for her fun loving nature, and the love she had for her family.
Linda will be greatly missed, and fondly remembered by her sons; James of Squamish, BC, Shawn and Scott, both of Guelph, ON, her daughter in laws; Crystal MacDonald of Guelph, ON and Lisa MacDonald of Prince George, BC, and her grandchildren; Eli, Josh, Riley, Maddie, Angela and Skyler. Linda will also be missed by her sister in law, Gerarda Gale of Niagara Falls, ON, whom she spent the last 8 years living with, and frequenting the bingo hall! Additionally, Linda will be remembered by her siblings; John Gale (Anne) of Nova Scotia, Isabel Young of Newfoundland, Agatha Gale and Margaret Gale both, of Alberta, and Horatio Gale of Toronto, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Linda is predeceased by her parents; Michael and Agatha Gale, her sisters; Theresa Marsh and Karen Gale, her brothers; Aloysius Gale, Michael Gale Jr., Robert Gale, and Brendan Gale.
A special thank you to the medical staff, including doctors and nurses at Greater Niagara General Hospital, who worked so hard to help our mom in her time of need. Your efforts to make her well are greatly appreciated, as well as the care and compassion that the nursing staff gave to mom, as well as our family.
In keeping with Linda’s wishes, there will be no funeral or celebration of life. Private interment will be at a later date. She will be laid to eternal rest with her first born, Fintan Jr., who sadly passed in infancy.
